Literally all of them. Through the power of capitalism the best representatives of every cuisine have made their way to america. Others may screech and argue that it's nonsense and seethe at the power of the dollar, doesn't make it false. You can find better sushi than in all of japan in america, you can find better polish food in america than all of poland, you can find better fish and chips in america than all of england, etc.

And no, I'm not memeing or baiting. If you disagree it's because you haven't eaten out enough, or haven't explored america enough (no excuse considering how cheap gasoline and hotels are).

Definitely chinese. Italian french and mexican are good but definitely better locally. Chinese though is shit when authentic.
