The only things Popeye's has over CFA is the bun is slightly better, and the breading is crispier.

The actual meat on CFA's sandwich is so much juicier and more flavorful. And Popeye's stores are inconsistent as fuck so you never know if you're gonna get a fresh sandwich or some stale-ass shit. CFA stores are always run well so you know you're getting that good shit.
