The Kalles is actually good if you like strong fishy stuff; its like a bootleg whitefish spread, but keep in mind its a mass produced product, using cod caviar and not sturgeon so its inferior to what you'd get at a high class gathering and equivalent to a lower grade of what you'd find in the store next to canned tuna. Still good to put on crackers for a small snacc though.

i had ikea's reindeer ham and didn't like it. i don't know whether it's down to the taste of reindeers in general or whether that particular ham wasn't great.

those little cookies with the jam/chocolate centers are pretty good, and the cinnamon roles are nice. Meatballs, of course, are delicious, but I can't speak for the frozen ones. for me though, Ikea food is just linked to the nostalgia of going shopping for furniture with my parents, so I'm probably a little biased.

Kalles Kaviar is probably the only good thing to ever come out of Sweden. I really like the black, extra smokey ones. They're not available in IKEA though, I buy them in Malmö.

Eaten at IKEA Sweden a few times and meatballs, cod with remoulade sauce, salmon, it was really good every time but:

- when eating meatballs i tried to stop them after 10 meatballs saying i will still pay full price but still got 16 meatballs and mashed potatoes and creamsauce and stuff.

- looking for doggy bags since i don't want to throw half of the meatballs in the trash-bin i found none.

- Cod and Salmon and roastbeef and other stuff are actually reasonable portions but metballs are big.

=> So i want oversized portions like meatballs for all foods and doggy-bags :D
