I had mad dog 357 at a firehouse subs. Not bad, just mostly heat. Scorned Woman fucked my shit up though. Gator Hammock is probably my favorite sauce for flavor.

I think they had one that had a blueberry flavor to it sometime and that sounded really good to me. A lot of the later sauces aren't ones you'd regularly use and are mostly just a novelty. They might be better in actual cooking than blotting it raw on a wing though, not sure.
