eh id eat it, basically a bastardized version of what I make when I have nothing but bare minimum laying around. just made stir fried udon noodles with gochujang, some chiles and garlic, few eggs, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and dashi. wasnt bad but honestly it was better when I made the sauce out of just gochujang and soy sauce. much thicker and had a better color to it. probably offended less asians too but who knows, korea and japan seem to get along well enough
