I worked part time for two years as a consultant and same - people mentioned how the color had come back to my skin, there weren't bags under my eyes, and I didn't look perpetually sad anymore. Sadly, thanks to the American insurance jew, I can't keep that up and when I get off of Covid, will go back to making Mr. Shekelberg money for unlimited salaried work.

But more on topic - breakfast makes me tired and lazy in the morning, I don't like having pre-lunch shits at work, I wouldn't like losing precious sleep to get up and make something, and frankly I'm just not hungry.

This is a good point. Sometimes I get lucky in the morning and I shit out everything, but it's rare. I'm more likely to have a shitting emergency while in the shower if I don't try to take that first one. Nothing worse than getting out of the shower in the cold while still wet in the middle of winter to take an emergency shit and the toilet paper gets all wet and crumbles in your hand and you're shivering and everything is just a disaster.

I like breakfast on vacations, maybe sometimes a nice brunch on the weekend.

I didn't, but I don't do the standard three meal anymore. Breakfast is usually something like a hand full of trail mix with some yogurt or milk or granola and a piece of fruit. If I had the time, I'd take something similar to pic related almost daily.
