Can of tuna, 60g oats, 2 eggs and stirred together. Microwave.
Steam up several hundred grams of carrots, cabbage, broc, leek all at once.

Done in like 5 mins about about half a kilo of nutrition. Makes me about 75% full.

better thread idea in the same vein: meals you make when failure is not an option and/or resources are limited

when you're low on money/time or you're very depressed, you need something that is very difficult to overcook or ruin in some way, and something that pleases

a jar of peanut butter and a box of crackers is about as fool-proof as it gets

next is the "melt cheese on/in something" category like grilled cheese sandwich, tortilla chips and jar of cheese dip, quesadilla, cheese on toast, cream cheese and bagel, and i guess even things like pasta + cheese sauce (e.g. mac and cheese or a very simple alfredo)

i think just about everyone knows how to do at least one of those with few mistakes

Well I'm not a faggot so I don't even have cinnamon and brown sugar, or any processed sugar actually, in my house let alone my meals and my based oats. I add a bit of salt, pepper and some dried herbs and cook that in with it. Sometimes a little hotsauce or something.

If I actually want to cook, it is typically picrel. It's impossible to fuck up, and gives me more than enough food for the day (or multiple days if I'm not being a complete fat faggot). Ignore what they say about cheese, toss in a whole bag.

If I'm feeling too shitty to even manage that, then it's freezer food for me. That doesn't make for an interesting thread, but I'd much rather eat a microwavable pile of shit that resembles an actual meal, as opposed to some of the shit you autists pull.

I literally ate a can of this an hour ago because I have nothing in the fridge and all I had was my corona emergency food stash. Not kidding after 15 minutes of eating it my stomach felt weird and I vomited it all out. Like violent vomit too. I can't remember the last time I vomited due to just food and not alcohol. Maybe 15 years ago.

If I want Mac, I just grab a box of Kraft or whatever, whichever looks decent and has the "cheese" packet. I'm not buying fucking milk and yaddayadda to make mac. However, I do buy BarS hotdogs and frozen pea to toss in.
God, do I love packet mac with hotdogs and peas.
