I need help.

For dinner, I had two big macs, three quarter pounders, two large fries, and two diet cokes and I'm still hungry. I want to lose weight but I can't stop eating because I love food so much.

Eat nothing but cabbage

It’s not fucking drugs, fatass. Other than hunger pangs and maybe feeling a little fatigue, there’s like nothing negative about just not eating for a bit, or eating less/healthier.

if true
>look for medical attention. this high amount of hunger can be an indicator for a disease
>do a cold turkey for sugar
>start working out. i had less hunger attacks once i started.

This has to be a joke, you ate 5 burgers Anon??? But you can still eat healthy food that tastes good, maybe try intermittent fasting or only eating 1 meal a day, working out and drinking a shit ton of water.

Show me your sources that food gives even half the dopamine rush of even “soft” drugs like cigarettes or weed.

bruh all those foods are literally created by food engineers to be addicting because they're a business and it's designed to make you buy more. the INTENTIONALLY do that do you.
you have to eat less shitty foods

this is the truth anon. once you start to eat less processed foods your body will stop craving them so intensely, just like a heroin withdrawal. this shit is literally a drug. a tip i find useful is to not waste any of the food that you buy from the grocery store. whatever you have in your fridge at the end of the week look up a recipie for or just throw something together. cooking can be creative and fun, even in the rough patches. good luck anon!

Theres no easy way, you just have to stand the hunger. Eat at set times each day, eat a fixed amount and dont go over. Theres no magic trick to stop yourself from overeating.
