I use spaghetti noodles instead of angel hair for garlic noodles because I like the texture more. Garlic noodles are traditionally prepared in a wok.

They were actually a lot better than I was expecting.
If you eat them quickly after they come out of the oven, they're very crispy. A bunch of black pepper and cayenne pepper(and salt to taste), I ate them without bothering with any sauce.

Simple artichoke sauce with capers, lemon, cream, etc. The sauce looks more impressive when you see it in the pan. Ate two plates of this. Pasta is homemade too.
