Really? Out where I'm from we called it a Chief Buffalo Tomahawk. I remember one time my grandpappy... good man worked in the lumber yard, did this to his wife at the Thanksgiving table... said it was a sign of love but old Chief Buffalo was anything but! Well at least that's what they'd tell us back in the old schoolhouse... not really sure if he was even real but they made him out to be a real mean sunnovabitch. So anyway it was quite the Thanksgiving as you can imagine... we had beef for once and grandpappy just smacked it across someone's face! Caused a real sight that one did, ma stood up and told him off but he just took a big bite out of it anyway and laughed. That's when I first had a glass of beer... it was light but when you're a tyke it hits you hard... slept like a baby! Those really were the days... back out at the farm...
