Travel and production work is pretty fatiguing, just physically. I'm a frequently traveler by choice, but even at my ripe ol' age, my first day in a new country is with my feet up, enjoying a spa, swimming, something quite untaxing. There is a built-in down day every 5 days or so, but always on that first jet lag day. Stopping at Blue Lagoon on the way to Europe should be everyone's master plan too, if you're over 40.

Suicide and depression has little to do with your wealth. It could be even more prevalent when you are rich or you have a big life. Addicts and people who have depression are just more wrecked when shitty shit happens to them, they stop sleeping, then their lack of recuperative sleep messes them up further, they get into these funks. He was a recovered addict who still smoked and drank, and he was that very day mentally fucked over, dumped and salt-in the would mocked in a major way by a woman.
