More black staff. More than two working at one location makes them inedible, slowly all the ones in my area have become useless due to this. I imagine this is a nation wide trend, so instead of firing them they oversimplify the offerings. It doesn’t work, as they are still dirty, lazy, and incapable of following directions. Just enjoy the show of everything crashing.

smothered burrito was solid
grilled stuft burrito was a staple

there's nothing they have now that's really enticing besides the cheesy gordita crunch.
