I can imagine what a Wonka chocolate bar would taste like, based on my own experience with chocolate.
It would be on the bittersweet side, with a higher emphasis on the savoriness of the full milk and the bitter intricacies of the chocolate than on the sugar content. I'm not a particularly large fan of chocolate, but I do think you could get a filling feeling out of a half-by-one-inch block, instead of that empty fucking void you feel when you bite down on a Hershey's.
