You must make the complaint known as soon as you get your food, or as soon as you get home. Unfortunately, there is little to no chance of getting a refund from this visit. Use this experience as the reminder why you NEVER pull out of the drive thru without a thorough inspection of your food.

Do not trust a drive thru, no matter how good of a track record they have had in the past. the one minute, at the most to check your food is worth the time and money to ensure they did their job properly, because some zitfaced manager doesnt give a fuck. They are high turn-over rates of employment, and are always shuffling in the next batch of deadbeats to screw up your order.
