Learn to cook.

You can't just stuff one of these in a microwave and hope for the best.

Mutton curry is a staple in our native cuisine (Sri Lankan (Tamil)). It beats any other meat I eat.
You might be able to find a recipe online.

I’ve eaten curried goat from a Paki restaurant. It was pretty good.

I think Americans eat pork and beef because they are more economical because of larger size. Chickens used to be considered a luxury meat and that’s part of their popularity, but chicken farming techniques have made it very cheap.

Goat is also a little tough and generally requires braising or stewing

I made a slow cooker goat curry earlier this year. It turned out great.

I basically used this recipe: https://myheartbeets.com/slow-cooker-goat-curry-indian/
