What did you guys make for dinner? Made tuna steaks, baked potatoes and squash and zucchini with my gf. Cooked the fish and squash in oil, molasses and Worcestershire sauce which is why the veggies are so dark lol.

Made an attempt at mapo tofu using this recipe:

Used longanisa for the sausage, korean chili flakes for the dried chilis, flour instead of cornstarch, and I couldn't find sichuan peppers at the store today. Still came out great, but I definitely used too much flour slurry compared with the recipe photo.

I bought a lb of ground beef and made 4 patties, then I started drinking a bottle of four roses. So whenever I feel like it I just throw another patty on the skillet and slice some onion and pickles and boom, burger. I'm on patty number 3 and just over halfway through the bottle so pretty decent pace at the moment.

Anon, who are you trying to impress? Because that is just a shitfest of a plate. Some of your zucchini is overcooked and some are under cooked. Your baked potato looks like the asshole of someone after they got creampied! Your Tuna looks as brown and boring as everything else on your plate. Your plating is atrocious as fuck too which just makes it all the worse because you're actually trying!

How you managed to get a girlfriend is beyond me, but I'm guessing her taste is as shit as yours, so it makes sense.
