"Hon_tuyu" and "Soba_tuyu" are wonderful seasonings with Dashi and soy sauce mixed appropriately in advance.
With them, you can easily make delicious Japanese food. I also recommend them.
However, housewives with a certain level of Japanese food skills mix soy sauce and dashi by themselves in search of a more detailed taste. My wife cooks like that.
