I made a butterscotch to put over apple pie and vanilla ice cream, came out pretty good.

I'm working on piña colada pecans, I'm still working out the ratio between the rums, what I'm using is blue chair bay coconut rum and plantation stiggins fancy pineapple rum, it tastes pretty good so far but it could be better. I'm thinking of adding them into a banana bread once I get it right. Also testing between toasting, soaking, and flambeing.

I'm drinking this not because I am trying to be a weeb but simply because I wanted to try a new vodka. I don't like cheap vodka, I normally spend around $30 on a bottle. Normally I like Belvedere, Chopin, Zyr.... This Japanese vodka is a pretty good deal though! Pretty sweet and smooth. I would recommend it.
