I've made it before, it's the definitive me burger. A special variation of it comes with fried onions rather than raw, but raw is default.

Standard lean beef mince, about 10% fat.
Good seeded brown cob bread ends as buns. No butter, bottom bun spread with horseradish sauce.
Then, layered in order:
- lightly grilled sweet-heart cabbage leaf
- raw red onion, thin slice
- fried egg over easy but cooked enough that the yoke isn't complete liquid, pinch of salt and pepper
- cheese (options: lincs poacher, ribblesdale goat, northern blue, gruyere and other alpline cheeses, yarg, old winchester)
- gherkin slices, proper brine pickeled ones not vinegar

That fat fucking pig, just look at the size of him. Obviously he's dead now so it's only a dream, but man oh man would he have been tasty as a double smash burger in potato roll with american cheese, sliced pickles, special sauce, diced onion, tomato, and iceberg lettuce. If we're going a little crazy, replace the american cheese with german butter cheese, replace regular onion with pickled red onions and 86 the pickles. add horseradish to the special sauce.

It's dark, but honestly closer to beef than duck. Those burgers do look shitty, I've done homemade ones that were much nicer. Emu is a very lean meat so the secret is a bit of bacon in the mix, for the fat content.
