I order from this particular McDonald's once or twice a month and always drive home and plate it. It's usually pretty good. The double cheese was soggy and dry, and the nuggets had no moisture at all. Fries were okay. Not sure about the spicy nugs, maybe they're better fresh.

My dad has a similar mindset but the opposite, he claims that non Intel shit (and frankly as someone who doesn't understand PC parts, I've heard the "AMDs are shit" meme a lot) were turbo garbage for a very long time, and griped about their prices, but at least he knew he was getting something good, so he sticks with Intel out of brand loyalty and a working product.

The late 2011s were faster than the 2012ss by a large margin when they first switched over to dual cores. Maybe the 2017 and newer ones are a bit faster but I do have upgraded RAM and an SSD which wasn't standard on my year model. It boots in 20 seconds, opens almost anything instantly, and records direct in USB with such negligible latency that I can monitor while recording through speakers and not notice a delay. That's all I care about. And I got it for 1/5th the price of a new one. Its annoying that Apple won't let me run current versions of Mac OS or pro tools but for what I do GarageBand is fine.

I'm not a fan of windows music production. There are too many hoops to jump through when configuring audio channels for headphones, aiso, and programs needed to do what I can do simply in garage band. For example on a Mac I can play along with a backing track from my computer through my modeler into my headphones back out into my computer with no latency and it only records the guitar input. I don't have to open up the audio settings every time I want to switch from aiso monitoring back to speaker monitoring to hear what the mix sounds like without the modeler. It just works better. Maybe if I had a separate interface on windows it would have been easier but who cares at this point.
