Came in to post this. Both Burger Barons in my city have shut down in the last 10 years. Sucks. Their bacon patties were awesome, as were the mushroom swiss burgers.

Pizza Twice is a chain in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia with about a dozen locations. Not the best but easily one of the better fast food pizzas. Probably cultivated my preference for thick-ass crusts in my youth.

Not sure if this counts since it has approximately 300 locations, but nobody ever talks about this place on here. The locations I visit are in Northwest Arkansas, and it is always max comfy. They even have a grocery store attached in case you need some staples before heading back out. I love NWA and the Ozarks.

Northeast Pizza has 7 or 8 locations around Massachusetts. The pizza is perfectly fine but the subs are the bees tits! I live overseas now and constantly crave their Turkey Bacon sub. Ingredients are always fresh, especially the bread, and you get so much for your money it's ridiculous.

The name is in the picture. Dic Ann's, named after the founders, some accordion player and her husband. We have something similar in the PNW called Taco Time. They also have tater tots and advertise as more "fresh." Best known for their crisp burritos which are basically flautas, big taquitos made with flour tortillas.
