Bruno is for special occasions. Chef John is for everyday. Chef Wang is for when I need to look cool flying with ingredients around the wok. BBQ pit boys is for grilling for my parents. Ethan chlebowski for when I need to act smart. Faggusea when I need to destroy dish because someone I hate is visiting and have all arguments ready when they complain.
