i made chocolate croissants of his, pretty cool, I made my own praline to make into some chocolate sticks, to put into the laminated dough. i didnt disolve my yeast well though and i forgot or got impatient and didnt give the croissants a final rise before putting in the oven

Bruno is for special occasions. Chef John is for everyday. Chef Wang is for when I need to look cool flying with ingredients around the wok. BBQ pit boys is for grilling for my parents. Ethan chlebowski for when I need to act smart. Faggusea when I need to destroy dish because someone I hate is visiting and have all arguments ready when they complain.
