Finished the bag and never suffered any side effects.

Was probably good for me, even. I'll never tried it again but I didn't get sick so...
Apparently most of the common molds that grow on bread are edible too, just make sure you don't eat it when the mold grows dark.

Just the other day I ate some questionably old cherry pie and noticed halfway through it had mold growing on it (also it was way more tangy than normal).

Accidentally ate mushrooms once and it put me in the emergency room because i'm allergic to fungi (which has the added benefit of making most anti-biotics literal poison to me).

I've accidentally drank expired milk on several occasions.

Once while eating cereal I noticed some maggots in the bowl, made me sick and to this day I can't eat cereal.

Drank some bad egg nog and got horrifically sick. Even the smell of egg nog makes me nauseous.

I have a very weak sense of smell. Generally I only smell things that are absolutely putrid or really, really strong; and even then I barely smell them. I can go for months without actually detecting any noticeable smells. In contrast though I have really sensitive taste buds. Wine is absolutely disgusting to me, along with things like onions, tomatoes, cilantro, etc. Anything really bitter or really strongly flavored is pretty much inedible to me.

Also I suffer from a general lack of awareness, so much so that it's an inside joke among my friends and family.

When I was in high school my dad made kebabs on the barbecue. I had a few but on one there was a piece of chicken that was noticeably pink. I’m no bitch so I powered through, it was unchewable and it just slid off of my teeth but I got it down. The next day my stomach was in all kind of knots and I had terrible gas, but every fart was relief. I walked out to the garage and let one rip and immediately all of the pain was gone. As I walked back in I felt something wet in my pants, I did a quick inspection and saw a mess of just liquid and mucusy diarrhea, and a solid chunk of unchewed, uncooked chicken.

I went to the doctor’s thinking I had salmonella but in all likelihood it was probably just my body being confused about some random object it didn’t know how to process. That was 10 years ago and I don’t think my dad has made kebabs since.

Got a slice of vegetarian pizza at an outlet mall and was violently ill for three days afterwards.

Moral of the story- if what you order is outside of its natural habitat, steer clear.

P.s. when I was informs I had a mini fridge in my room. Reached out to it in the middle of the night to chug some milk and mistakenly grabbed orange juice- after swallowing a couple of mouthfuls and getting a citrus rather than dairy taste I thought I’d accidentally grabbed a bottle of bleach from the floor or something and immediately projectile vomited.

It sounds like there were probably enough preservatives to prevent a proper infection of the fish, but enough to taint the taste. Luckily our brains are smart enough to figure out that any amount of harmful bacteria tastes terrible while our digestive tracts are strong enough to kill it.

I recently ordered fried rice with shrimp and mistakenly left it out overnight, the next day I gave it a shot but I was immediately met with a toxic taste so I spat it out and threw it away. Once when I was still learning to cook had a large pack of chicken breasts that I kept in the freezer uncovered. Didn't cook very often because I knew jack fucking shit and could barely microwave a hot pocket so that pack of chicken breasts sat in the freezer for a month or two. One night I dug one of the frozen breasts out and started to thaw it, noticed it had a terrible smell to it, but cooked it anyway. Whole time the rotten smell was making me gag but I cooked it very thoroughly because I figured that would be good enough to save it. Raw salmon from a grocery store on a self dare. Didn't end up with parasites or getting sick but INCREDIBLY STUPID thing to do I will not repeat. Even though it tasted wonderful. Not worth the risk.

I mean that was flat out loading a bullet into a gun, spinning it and putting it to my head. Even though it should not have to be said do not do this ever.

Dunno as far as dangerous but it tasted like death's asshole. I suppose at 5380 mg of sodium it could be considered dangerous (Yes, I kept the carton and it really is that number.) 245% your RDA, baby!

I have no idea what I was thinking taking it home and tasting it. As far as thinking there would be other flavors than 'salt'. But yeah. Like horrible burning kinds of salty where you felt like if you ate the whole thing it would fuck you way up. I even broke down and rinsed off the noodles to see if I could do anything else with them. Even with that crap rinsed off the noodles were still like downing shots of soy sauce. Perhaps I am just a clueless white guy not in on the joke that 'You are not supposed to use the entire flavor sachet, idiot!' or something.

Kebabs labeled "meat kebabs" at a Chinese buffet. Not to go full /pol/, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't chicken, duck or any other regularly served meat. Felt really weird eating a few and ended up having the worst diarrhea of my life. It was so bad it actually stained the inside of the bowl

I ate a container of something I didn't remember once out of my fridge. It had to have been in there at least 5 years. I was super hungry and couldn't leave the house. It was some sort of sauce, maybe a stew that thickened up from mold or something
ate it and blacked out. If I didn't check to make sure I'd have sworn I was shitting out my bones and blood for the next 2 weeks after.

I once ate blue river crabs that had been in my chest freezer for 10 years as a teenager. They were delicious and I was totally fine.

Chinese chicken from a place near my school. It had the distinct smell of dog meat and made me nauseous after I ate it.

Undercooked pork made by a relative when visiting the US. I just was nauseous and weak for a day, didn't even throw up.

One time I ate monkey, but I wouldn't call it risky because it came from an area without disease and was kept at temperature when it was being served. It was good, though a bit oily because of how it was cooked.

We used to have school lunches when I was growing up. The catering company who made them was on my friend's street. There was also a large pack of stray dogs, 100 or so deep that lived on the street too. Over two years the dog population dwindled then disappeared. On the rotation we would get stewed "turkey". It did not taste or look anything like turkey. I ate it several times and didn't care that it wasn't turkey. This is why I can identify dog meat without fail.

Angostura 1824 but I'm poor so I drink their Single Barrel which is amazing in it's own way. I also really like the Ron Zacapa Edicion Negra. Pyrat is pretty good as is El Dorado, though I prefer their 15 year and older.

You can't get Single Barrel outside of the country where it is made. They can't even keep up with local demand because it is so good. The 1824 is also not available in the US but you can get the others.there. If you live in Europe you might find the 1824, but they send very few bottles out there so if you see it grab them.
