Sriracha is entry level. Once your palette is a bit more experienced and refined, and you learn how to cook, you'll realize that anywhere you're currently using sriracha, there's a better suited alternative like nam phrik, rayu, ajika, piri piri, harissa, sambal oelek, gochujang, doubanjiang... etc. Sriracha literally only goes in Phở.
