He's knowledgeable, smart and makes great videos with easy and nice recipes. That being said, he seems insufferable as a person - I don't know if it was a joke, but on one of his Q&A vids he semi-agressively corrected his wife on some very stupid semantical issue, like "yeah, duh?? you don't speak English dummie?". She seemed fine with it, but it didn't seem entirely jokey and somewhat arrogant of him.

He just seems like a redditor fag, I don't know, very American I guess.
