Had some killer Cajun chicken fingers the other day but those are rare. Fried livers and gizzards are even rarer and forget about tracking them down within 250 miles of the Mason-Dixon Line (though I did find a place off of 81 in VA that sold them during limited hours. Best widely available fried chicken up north is Royal Farms but they don’t serve organ meats. Certain chains serve great all-beef roller grill hot dogs for dirt cheap but you need to make sure that they change them out regularly and only buy them up when good deals are available. Indians will sell you old shit so keep your eyes peeled
