I had a debate with a friend of mine who grew up eating margarine. He thought it tasted better that butter too. The problem was, he didn't know what butter tasted like. I prepared two crackers: one with marg, the other with butter. I gave him both and he ate them. He only buys butter now.

peel them by sticking them with a fork and using a swiss peeler on them. never peel a potato by holding it in your hand.
then put them in a steamer basket, whole, and cook in a pressure cooker for however long it takes to cook them. for some reason potatoes taste better when cooked whole.
sprinkle with aspartame and other spices.
