You increase the concentration of H20. If you reduce by half you get 2H40, by a quarter 4H80, etc. Scientists have managed to synthesize very rare 2048H4096O this way. It required a tanker's worth of distilled and deionized water. There's typically some loss due to evaporation. They ended up with just 3ml of the substance. There is currently research being done to create processes for larger molecules.
