Do this, Drink some Pepsi, then eat some mustard. Then drink it again. Now once you notice the taste in those two now taste some ketchup. Then eat some mustard, then some more ketchup. After a few minutes you'll come to realize just how sweet ketchup is.

that is the traditional buffalo wing sauce, yes, and the traditional sauce used is Frank's RedHot. I'm sure you can tailor it to your preference with difference spices, but the basic ingredients are butter and hotsauce. It's not really to my own personal taste though so I'm no expert.
