I know you're memeing but it's not hard to look up what traditional cooking and frontier cooking was like with preserved cookbooks from those time periods.
There's also a youtube channel the Townsends, a guy who is super enthusiastic about old timey cooking and cooks the recipes 1:1 out of historical cookbooks with their ingredients and techniques.
