>refrigerate after opening

Is this really necessary? Cold sauce on my food tastes like shit

>> No.15367959

I'm pretty sure most hot sauces don't need refrigeration, Anon.

>> No.15368011

Most of that in your picture has high enough acidity that you don't need to. Sambal however I would be wary about leaving out. Oil obviously doesn't need to be, as long as it's pure oil. If it has other shit floating around in it you could potentially poison yourself.

Depends on the shit. Contact the manufacturer for further information. Most of these products even have a fucking number you can call written right on the bottle.

Awhile back, even Heinz came out and admitted that there was nothing wrong with something as mildly acidic as ketchup being left out of the fridge for a couple months. If it takes you nearly a year to go through the bottle, the fridge might be the better choice.

>> No.15368028

None of those need to be refrigerated.

Cold..sauce...?

Of course it's not necessary. Hot sauces are loaded with vinegar and usually contain a good bit of salt too. They'll basically last indefinitely at room temp.

Plan ahead and simply remove it from the fridge about 30 minutes before use.

What's so fucking difficult? Do you live with such impulse that you can't plan ahead 30 minutes?
