I just rubbed it in salt pepper and a wee bit of olive oil. Gonna cook it for 7 minutes on each side at 400.

I don't see how it won't at least turn out edible. I have very low standards.

I had to upload this to my computer and resize it in Paint because it was too big.

I'm waiting on a roll in the oven before I cut into it, but we definitely debunked >>15360817 this theory at least. I don't have a thermometer on hand, but there's no way it's under 170* on the inside. It's tough as fuck when poking it.

I'm curious as to why you think it would turn out better in an air fryer vs pan frying. You can get your frying pan hotter and brown it faster than you can with an air fryer.
