I'm making tenderloin for new years eve tomorrow. I have two pieces each 1kg and i will be running my oven at 100 degrees c. How long will it take?

Preheat your oven to 120c
Sear each side on the stovetop in cast iron if you have it. 2-3 minutes per side.
Place in the oven and roast for 50 minutes to 1 hour for rare, 1 to 1 hour 10 for medium-rare to medium, and 1 hour 30 for medium-well to well done.

I did a tenderloin roast for Christmas.

I covered mine in herbs, butter, and roasted it on a bed of chopped onions.
this was the result.

Are you eating all of that by yourself? I hope so since we should be socially distancing right now.

That's not a thermometer hole. I've never used a thermometer when cooking roasts.

Here is a roast I did a few months ago, also without a thermometer.
