oh fair enough, i bought some in canada some time ago and it was okay i guess. I've had ground beef however from my local supermarket, the food i made with it was full of bone pieces. That was awful and infuriating. Now i mostly buy from the butcher nearby and never had any issues since.

Its really simple. I guess you could add whatever you want.

I cook the meat with onions and spices. Usually garlic powder, salt, pepper. You can do whatever. Boil some elbow noodles, drain. Mix the meat and noodles with your tomato sauce of choice in a casserole dish. I don't bother with making my own sauce for this. Top with cheese and bake or broil just long enough for the cheese to melt.
