I'm no bong, but I do love some tomatoes and mushrooms in my hashbrowns. My go-to Waffle House order is two eggs over-easy, city ham, double hashbrowns scattered, diced, and capped, biscuits with jelly, glass of OJ, glass of milk.
I would ditch that bacon though and add some toast.
