It's just water, and carbonation. Water is good for you, and having it flavored means you might skip worse for your sugary choices that can tip your diet too far in calories devoid of more nutritional benefit than actual fruits.
Carbonation might be not so good for teeth, stomach acid, actual gas, breast lumps, and osteoporosis risks. But it's a small price to pay for making a fitter choice, if you hate still water.
