Hot pot is a meal that is supposed to be eaten together in a leisurely fashion. The point is to eat at chat over the course of an hour or two. I have it about once a month during the winter. or at V Yan Hot Pot & BBQ on special occasions. It's all you can eat and each person gets their own bowl of soup base.
