Cry me a fucking river reddit. You’d probably shit your diaper silly if I told you my heart rate fluctuates from 60 beats to 110 just from resting. Or how I have sensation of sawdust in my eyes sometimes, or how I eat enough for 4 people everyday. I just know that my “condition” is from a fucked up sleep schedule and after I reset it I’ll be fine. Doctors are jews that’ll tell you that you’ll need expensive meds that are either placebos or probably just make you more sick, kinda like a crappy mechanic at a car dealer trying to hustle you out of more money by saying your car had more issues than it really has. Fuck you, fuck hospitals, fuck medical insurance, fuck hypochondriacs, and fuck Reddit.

I’m convinced Ben & Jerry’s paid for industrial sabotage to be done on the Blue Bell facilities. The months of non-production allowed other companies to gain a large section of grocery frozen aisles, which were previously dominated by Blue Bell.

I have this in my fridge. It's okay, their standard vanilla is better. The frozen whipped cream part is tough compared to the soft ice cream, and the chocolate ice cream part isn't as good as other chocolate ice creams. I do love blue bell in general.

Try HEB's new Swoon flavors instead, they're literally top tier.

He's actually not wrong. They did something to the formulas. I had some homemade vanilla that melted, and melted it was almost as thick as it was frozen. It never used to be like that prior to the listeria, they must've used it as an excuse to change their formulas and add in more thickeners or something.

It's the listeria I am worried about. At least half of people who get poisoned end up hospitalized. The company has no morals to continously fail inspections and keep cranking out bad product. Trust is gone.

Publix has the best flavors in recent years than anyone else.

Listeria is fucking terrifying, but its virulence factors are absolutely fascinating. Listeriolysin O allows listeria to escape phagocytosis and live inside the cell that has consumed it.

The coolest is ActA, which hacks the cell's own cytoskeleton machinery. Actin is a motile, tubular protein that is constructed and deconstructed very quickly inside the cell. With ActA, the bacteria can stimulate rapid synthesis of this protein near its rear. These tubes of actin help propel it forward and disintegrate almost as quickly. It can also use this mechanism to propel it out of one cell into another.

It looks like a rocket!

As far as readily found storebought ice cream goes Talenti is better and it's not even a contest. Especially if you're a chocolate lover, their chocolates are pretty much the richest you can buy. Tillamook in general makes good-quality products. They haven't made the same cuts to ingredients or flavors that so many others have done (so much so they had to relabel it from ice cream to whipped ice dessert), nothing tastes overly artificial, and you actually get chunks of whatever fruit or goodies that's in that particular flavor.
