Imagine being too retarded to cook meatloaf.

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
3/4c oatmeal or bread crumbs
Salt
Italian seasoning
Dry mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Ketchup
1 egg

Mix thoroughly, bake in a loaf pan at 350F for 45-60 minutes or until internal temp is 160F.

The only cooking easier is a microwaved hot dog.

Per 1 lb of meat:
1-2 tbsp Italian seasoning, depending on how you like it
1/2 tsp salt or soy sauce
1/4-1/2 tsp dry mustard
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire
2-3 tbsp ketchup
Cloves of garlic to taste

I recommend sauteing the onion and garlic before combining along with any other vegetables you like. I like peas, and carrots can be good as long as they are diced small and tender.

Oatmeal will make a much looser meatloaf than bread crumbs. This recipe for meatloaf only just barely holds its shape when sliced because that's how I like it. Adding more binder and mixing longer will help it hold its shape. Other recipes will tell you not to mix too thoroughly but from my experience it's difficult to overmix.
