Not a fan of youtube, but I caught one of those revised episodes of Good Eats the other day (the brownie recipe one). I think it's nice that he can go back and point out where he got things wrong or where he's managed to improve. It makes him a hell of a lot more human than most of the other talking heads out there. Nice guy; good show.
