During the winter of 1996-97, and I remember that because my home town had a big snow storm I walked through to get one, and this amazing special sandwich. Peppercorn something or other. I misremember the details, but I think it was sliced peppercorn beef, on a hoagie roll, with a real peppery sauce. Good enough to walk through a snowstorm for.

This is such a weird take, since when do you have to be wealthy? my familys middle class at best and that never stopped them from hunting. Do you buy a gun every time you go to hunt a deer? How far do you conceivably drive for it? Maybe the hunting scene where you're from is different, and i wont blame you for that but where im from you drive 10-15 minutes to get to your stand, if it isnt up the woods behind your house. Apples and carrots are dirt cheap for a fat 20-30 lb sack to feed em with, and if you know what you’re doing you dont have to pay anyone to process it for you if you dont want to. All depends on whether you want to save money or not, but its not a an activity for just the wealthy unless you blow all your money on gaudy ass gear
