So it doesn't get all soft and soggy? HURRY UP IT'S LUNCH TIME

>but what even is it?

It's last night's cotoletta (>15231139), basically a pork schnitzel. How do I heat it up so it gets crispy as it's coming straight out of the hot oil?

Yeah basically this. Or carefully monitor it in a regular oven at 350F.

Honestly I'm about to put it in the microwave with the broiler function. Hope it turns out well. The other option is reheating it on a steel pan with a drizzle of oil

Refry it, or put it in the oven

That will make it soggy on the bottom

The best way is actually just to refry it, straight out of the fridge, at a higher temperature for just a minute or so, such that the crust is revived but the interior doesn't cook anymore. But I see some exposed meat there so that won't work in this case.

I get good results on these sorts of things by putting it in the microwave very briefly to take the chill of the fridge off in the middle, then putting it in the toaster oven to heat it the rest of the way through. If you try to heat it all the way through in the toaster it tends to burn the outside before the interior is warm. Also, if you aren't doing this already, always store leftover fried foods in paper or something else that will wick away moisture
