Well for me it's drinking 3 liters of water during the day and eating a decent lunch then after 12 - 13 beers drank between 5 - 1030 p.m. eating a large meal before bed and drinking more water

Then you won't even get a hangover

When I have a moderate hangover I'll stagger over to the sushi bar near me and get a cup of miso, a few salmon and tamago nigiri I'm usually alright after that. On a real bad one I'll eat buttered toast.

Your hangover is caused by nutrient deficiencies from your body processing the alcohol, replacing those nutrients is the beginning of feeling alright again.

Bros, a lot of times after drinking, I'll be incredibly sick the next day. Like, I wake up and vomit, then drinking any water or putting anything in my body will make me vomit, etc. I can vomit like eight times until finally hours later I'm feeling better. Any way to avoid this?

I drank too much last night so I ended up having a glass of wine this morning to take the edge off before I went to work. When I got there I ate an apple and a banana and for lunch I brought mashed potatoes and baked chicken.

Its the cold water that really sorts you out though. The shock of it instantly erases the majority of it for at least a couple of hours. I think a cold bath would do something similar.
