What's the fastest way to make meat every day? I'm only interested in the nutritional value of meat. I just want something that is both practical and healthy. What do I buy, how do I do it?

You should probably just cook a bunch of chicken breast at once and use it throughout the week.

slow cooker meals for chicken, regular skillet for ground beef. Make burgers or or just brown it and put it over rice.

You need to start accepting that meat won't be a right for you within 5 years. Start phasing it out. Africa is growing exponentially and those agricultural lands used for stock feed will need to be used to help the needy. Seriously.

We're all going to need to make sacrifices. We aren't murderers anymore.

Least amount of work and cleanup, preferably without a pan?
>make a sludge of flour and water at about a 2:1 ratio, add spices and coat the chicken breast in it
>bake for about 30min at 200°C/400°F
Done, you could chop it up and fry it up faster in a pan, but then you'd have to scrub the pan and the cutting board. This way the meat will stay pretty tender, and all you have to do is clean the small bowl you used for coating, throw away the baking-sheet/alu-foil and maybe give the baking tray a short scrub if you feel like it.
