Same shit happened with Spanish flu. I had "swine flu" and they locked me away for a few days in a hospital, I recovered fine, but ever since I've had a nagging head ache that flares up from time to time, it was because my blood pressured spiked and I developed a clot when I had the flu.

My mother in law almost died because she developed a clot in her lungs from COVID that can't be good in the long term.

I flew LHR to JFK on BA. Pretty empty plane. In economy. I remember the chicken curry was acutally pretty good. And the cute flight attendant was generous with the booze, leaving me a few extra bottles each time he went past.

Flight back also had chicken curry. It was horrific. FA less generous. Luckily I had hit the lounge before hand so was drunk enough to fly.
