Made a very big mistake about 3 months ago with these. Was used to using the shitty ones like in OPs pic. Went to the market and behold, no fucking bayleaf for the second week in a row. But they did have bayleaf of some fancy-ass brand I usually don't buy because of price. Used the same amount as i would with shitty bayleaf and ruined everything. I think I like the shitty bay leaf more in the end. Not because I dunno what to do with fresher bayleaf, but because it has a completely different flavor than what I want.
