It is not good for you to drink Coca Cola. It is bad because it depresses the nervous system and makes you stupid. It is not good for you to eat candies and ice-cream. This is because they are made of refined sugar, which is injurious in its effect on the nervous system. It is not good for you to play cards or do other things which involve calculation. It is bad to do a lot of thinking, and especially bad to do a lot of worrying. Worry is a waste of time. Time is the most precious thing in the world. What is the use of having a million dollars if you couldn't spend a single minute of your life usefully?
