You can find the cans of Skyline Chili at a few chain grocers. From there just boil spaghetti and shred a shitton of mild cheddar.

I'm not from Cincinatti but I think the chili and all its little offshoots are really good. Dont get the hate at all, whenever I was through there I made a point to get some of it.
