I use the same knife. The weight threw me off at first since I was used to cheap kiwi knives. But as I've gotten used to it, I really love it. It really feels like an extension of my body and is a total workhorse.

everyone gives my shit for this but I use my wisthof deli for everything as my all-purpose. slicing dicing veg, cutting and trimming meats, whatever. its comfortable and awesome. I have a normal chef's knife too that I use for other particular situations but I barely have to get it out
