My girlfriends period is coming up soon, will chicken noodle soup and chocolate covered raspberries tame the beast?

You have to endure her wrath. It is your punishment for being male.

Ok, so instead of giving her free choice, make a list of dishes that you feel comfortable cooking and let her choose between them. Write them down on a piece of paper and have her circle the one she thinks she wants.

i want the element of surprise to make her happy. then it feels less like ordered food and more like a gift

I mean, if that's your excuse, so be it. Good luck either way. I hope she appreciates your efforts.

That recipe sounds like bullshit. How can the meat, especially breast and legs, be done before the bird collapses?

No one likes surprises, especially if they are not feeling comfortable. Either ask her what she wants or smear her discharge on your face in solidarity.

You sound underage

I think you're doing fine man. Homemade chicken soup is great for sensitive stomachs, and chocolate covered raspberries sound like a nice touch. My ex had really painful periods, so I would also keep a heating pad on hand. You could consider doing the same.

Don't waste money on such things when the yard still has plenty of grass. (You do keep her chained up outside until her cycle is over and you can hose her off, right? )

>> No.15165905

I would like to think that she will appreciate the fact that you care about her more than whatever you make for her. That being said, depending on how severe her experience is, something that is light on bloating (no beans, eggs) and not too heavy would probably be best, and go light on the salt. I personally like drinking ginger tea when I'm menstruating. Chicken noodle soup sounds good to me. Dark chocolate has a lot of iron in it so if she likes it I'd cover the raspberries with that.

Of course, if she has a favourite food or food ingredient then I'd cook something involving that, you'll get points for knowing what she likes, which further proves that you care about her.

All the best, OP
